Major Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum program and show written evidence of preparation as required. 

  • Present subject matter according to guidelines established  by board policies, and administrative regulations. 

  • Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students assigned. 

  • Designs lessons that provide opportunity for problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills in relation to authentic, real world problems.

  • Integrates content areas into the Art program.

  • Conduct assessment of student learning styles and use results to plan instructional activities. 

  • Work cooperatively with special education teachers to modify curricula as needed for special education students according to guidelines established in Individual Education Plans (IEP). 

  • Work with other members of staff to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods according to school requirements. 

  • Use technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process.

   Primary Purpose:

To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school’s administrative office. This role supports the Executive Cabinet, Principal, Staff, Students, and Parents by managing office functions, overseeing clerical staff, and maintaining accurate records and communication systems. 


  Education/Certification:

  •   Associates or Bachelor's degree from accredited university

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative or office management experience (school setting preferred)

  • Knowledge of school operations, FERPA regulations, and budgeting procedures is preferred

  Special Knowledge/Skills:

 The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage daily office operations effectively.

Qualifications:

   Education/Certification:

Experience:

Drivers must maintain control of the vehicle at all times and ensure the safety, comfort, and respectful treatment of all passengers. This is a vital role in supporting student access to education.

Qualifications:

   Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements (training may be available)

  • Clean driving record and background check

  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening

Experience:

  •  Strong time management, responsibility, and communication skills

  • Patience and professionalism with children of all ages

  • Prior school bus or commercial driving experience
