The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Instant Impact Global Prep provides leadership and oversight for the school’s financial systems, planning, and day-to-day business operations. In partnership with school leadership, the CFO ensures that resources are managed responsibly and strategically to support student achievement, staff needs, and a safe, well-run learning environment.
The CFO is responsible for guiding and monitoring the school’s financial operations with transparency, accuracy, and integrity. Key areas of oversight include:
Budget Development & Financial Planning – leading the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning to support school priorities
Accounting & Financial Reporting – maintaining accurate records and providing clear reporting to school leadership and the Board
Payroll & Benefits Coordination – supporting payroll processes and employee-related financial services
Purchasing & Vendor Management – overseeing purchasing procedures and ensuring responsible use of school funds
Compliance & Internal Controls – ensuring financial practices align with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Activity Funds & School Accounts – monitoring activity funds and related recordkeeping to maintain accountability
